How pricing works
A site scan for $29, then one clear price based on what we find.
One clear price. Known up front.
We do not publish a price list for audits and fixes.
A five-page brochure site and a shop with a booking system and two hundred PDFs are different jobs, and a fixed price would be wrong for one of them.
You approve one clear price and give us access to the site.
From then on, accessibility is no longer on your list.
Start with the site scan.
The scan report costs $29 and shows how many issues an automated check finds on your site.
From there we prepare a personal quote for the audit and fixes, with no obligation.
We email you the report within one business day of payment.
What sets the price.
- Size and structure
- How many pages and, more importantly, how many different templates. Fifty product pages built on one template are mostly one fix.
- Number and severity of issues
- What the scan and the full audit find, and how many of the issues block a task outright.
- Platform
- WordPress, Wix, Shopify or custom code. Some platforms let us change everything; others limit what can be reached.
- Documents and PDFs
- How many documents are on the site and whether they need fixing, rebuilding or converting into pages.
- Forms
- Contact, booking, sign-up and checkout forms, and how many steps they have.
- Third-party components
- Maps, booking systems, payment pages, chat and embedded video, and whether they can be fixed, configured or need replacing.
- Ongoing monitoring
- Whether you want us to keep checking the site after launch, so updates do not undo the work.
What one price covers.
The price is set from what the scan and the audit found and the scope of your site. It covers the whole job:
- All the work, done by us. You only give access and answer a few questions
- A full audit and a detailed report of every issue
- Every agreed fix, in your code and content
- A re-audit with an updated report: your site’s score and error count
- Keyboard testing and a check of what screen readers receive: labels, headings, component names
- Your accessibility statement, written for you
- A free re-fix if an issue we fixed returns within two months of delivery
- Delivery on a clear, written timeline
If your site changes often, the quote can also include ongoing monitoring: scheduled re-scans, fixes for anything updates bring back, and a statement kept current.
In every quote: real fixes, proof and a written commitment.
We fix the code itself.
The barriers are repaired in your site’s own theme, templates and content, not hidden behind a menu or an overlay.
Every quote includes the same three things:
The fix stays yours
Every fix lives in your code, so it stays even if you stop working with us.
You get a log of every change.
If an issue we fixed comes back within two months of delivery, we fix it again for free.
This covers issues we fixed. If one came back because the site was changed after delivery, the re-fix is covered under the subscription or the re-fix terms in your quote.
Every issue documented. Every fix proven.
Before we change anything, you get a full report: how many accessibility issues your site has, which ones they are, where they appear and how serious each one is.
At delivery you get an updated report with your site’s score, the number of errors and a dated log of every fix. In the re-test, we run the automated scan again across several tools, check what a screen reader receives from the site (labels, headings and component names), and confirm the focus indicator stays visible during keyboard navigation.
The re-test covers the same pages and flows listed in your report.
Our commitment at delivery
At delivery, every page in your report meets each WCAG 2.1 AA criterion we tested. If one is found unmet on those pages, we fix it free.
Our target is WCAG 2.2. The minimum we commit to is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
What the commitment covers, and what it does not:
- It covers the pages listed in your audit report, as they are on the delivery date.
- Pages we did not audit are not covered.
- Changes made to the site after delivery are covered only under the subscription or the re-fix terms in your quote.
- It is a promise about our work. It is not legal advice, and it is not a promise of protection from claims or lawsuits.
From scan to statement.
- Site scan
- Report
- Quote
- Fix
- Re-test
- Statement
The quote comes after the report, so it is based on real findings rather than a guess.
It states the price, the scope, what is included, the timeline and the payment terms.
What a quote does not include.
- Legal advice. We are not a law firm.
- A promise of immunity from claims, or of compliance beyond our commitment at delivery. Nobody can honestly give one.
- Changes inside third-party systems we cannot reach. We will tell you which ones they are.
- New pages and content added after the project, unless your quote includes ongoing monitoring.
Optional add-on: our accessibility menu.
The menu on this site, the button in the corner, is our own widget.
You can add it to your site as a separate, optional extra.
It lets visitors enlarge text, change contrast and colors, stop animations, use a reading guide, have text read aloud and more, and it remembers their choices.
Accessibility menu
- $99 setup, then $12 a month
- or $169 a year, setup included.
To be clear: a comfort tool for visitors.
It does not make a site accessible or legally compliant, and it does not replace an audit and fixes in the code.
It is not part of the audit and fixes, and you can have either without the other. Why: the FTC on overlay claims
