Accessibility statement
What we did, what is still open, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Our commitment.
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility is our business, so we hold our own site to the standard we offer clients.
- Target standard: WCAG 2.2 at level AA, which includes all of WCAG 2.1 AA. We work to it as the benchmark for the ADA, which applies to websites of businesses open to the public. Our target is WCAG 2.2. The minimum we commit to is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. WCAG 2.2 · ADA.gov web guidance
- Status: we believe the site meets this standard in most respects. The known exceptions are listed below.
- Last checked: 31 October 2026.
Adjustments made on this site.
- A “skip to main content” link, clear headings and landmark regions on every page.
- Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator; menus and dialogs close with Esc.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and text that can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
- Layouts that reflow at a 320-pixel width without sideways scrolling.
- Page language and direction set for Hebrew (right to left) and English (left to right).
- Form fields with visible labels, marked required fields, error messages linked to their fields and an error summary.
- Buttons and links with clear names, and touch targets of at least 24 by 24 pixels.
- The 3D scene in the background (the door on the home page and the bright room behind the content) can be stopped with “Stop animations” in the accessibility menu (your choice is saved in this browser). When your device asks for reduced motion, the background’s own movement is slowed right down, and the scene moves mainly as you scroll (on some devices also with the mouse, touch or tilting the device). It is decorative and hidden from screen readers; all information is in the text.
- The only video on the site, a demo of the accessibility menu, has narration, captions and a text transcript. There are no audio-only files and no documents to download.
How we checked.
- Automated testing with axe-core in Chrome, on every page, in both languages, at desktop and mobile widths, with the accessibility menu open and with its modes switched on. In the latest run (31 October 2026), axe found no WCAG 2.1 AA violations.
- Scripted checks of keyboard-only use (every focusable element, visible focus, the skip link and the menu dialog), 200% zoom, a 320-pixel width, reduced motion, and the contrast of text over the 3D images.
Known limitations.
- The site has not yet been tested by listening with a screen reader. We do check what a screen reader receives from it (labels, headings and component names), and that the focus indicator stays visible during keyboard navigation.
- The forms do not send by themselves: they open your email app with the message ready. If that does not work for you, email or call us directly.
- The site scan is not automatic yet, and the site does not take payments: we reply by email with a payment link, run the scan and send the report.
- Some sources we link to are on other sites and in English or Hebrew only, and some are PDF files. We do not control their accessibility.
- Read aloud and voice commands in the menu depend on your browser; voice commands appear only where the browser supports speech recognition.
